My Family

My Wonderful Wife

Camille is my wonderful other half, she really is my best friend and a wonderful mother. She is very much my polar opposite, and I love that about her. She is very much an introvert who loves her alone time, whereas I thrive on social encounters. One trait that we both do share is our stubbornness. She absolutely abhors sports most of the time, and I am pretty sure I couldn't live without them. These are only a few of her many wonderful characteristics, it should give you a good idea of her personality though.

Camille is also a wonderful mother to our son. Camille is a words person and a water dog, both of which she is passing on to the little guy. She loves spending time with him and is more than willing to babysit for friends so that all the toddlers are well socialized and get along well. Our boy loves "reading" to himself, and his favorite summer spot is the pool, he also just loves seeing his friends. All of these I attribute to her.

Like I said Camille is a words person, she was an English major in school, is an avid blogger, and she has great aspirations of being published some day in the near future.

I love her dearly and I don't know what I would do without her.

My Little Monster

Jace is our two year old terror, he is energetic, outgoing, and a wonderful little kid. He takes after me in that he is a total extrovert, he isn't shy in the slightest. He loves making friends of all ages and species (dogs are great friends too you know), and really adores babies. 

He takes after his mom in that he is already a bookworm, loves swimming, and thankfully is really great about cleaning up after himself and even sometimes others. 

Jace is super smart and I really love watching him grow up. I look forward to watching him discover his talents and ambitions, and sharing them here as he grows and develops his talents.

The Dog

Luna's our mutt, she is a pit bull, boxer, etc. mix, we may not know what she is but we definitely love her for who she is. She is the sweetest most even tempered dog that I have ever met, and believe me growing up with and around dogs I have met a ton. We rescued her when Jace was only around six months old and she has always looked after him and been a great protector, as well he loves her unconditionally and enjoys wrestling her and running around the house and nearby fields. They definitely make quite the dynamic duo.

The Cats

Well, these are two of the three, the orange one is mischief and the white and grey princess is Belle, we also have a brown and white striped kitty named Aurora. They are typical cats, they only want attention on their schedule and generally can be found sleeping in any of their dozen or so favorite sleeping spots. Mischief and Aurora hate the dog with a passion like none other, and Belle finally just gave up and lives with it, giving the dog little to no mind at all. Also at any given time we can have one to five more running around as we often foster or rescue (temporarily) cats and kittens from around the area as strays are very common where we live.
